Mission
BoredLess aims to bring play & playfulness to corporate organizations seeking transformation of overall individual and team well-being thereby creating happier communities through improved engagement, purpose, and meaning.
You can see my laundry list of values below. Those were created when I started my business and I have since learned from Adam Grant and Brene Brown that six is too many (after listening to this podcast).
My true values are playfulness and purpose. Curiosity and boldness live within playfulness. Integrity and accessibility live within purpose.
Playfulness
We reframe to reveal possibility and spark energy.
Operational Behaviors
We always listen like we might learn something.
We invite curiosity into the room—especially when things feel stuck.
We approach challenges with levity, not fear.
We create space for others to be silly, serious, or somewhere in-between.
We actively interrupt grind culture by embedding joy and flow into work.
Purpose
We act in alignment with meaning, clarity, and care.
Operational Behaviors
We ask “why now?” and “who benefits?” before taking action.
We make decisions that align with our bigger mission—not just what’s fastest or most popular.
We communicate with integrity: honest, kind, and clear.
We design systems, spaces, and content that include more people, not just the majority.
We hold ourselves and others accountable with compassion, not shame.
