Play isn’t creative.

Play is ten things, and “creative” isn’t one of them.

Creativity, however, is a BENEFIT of play! So if the concept of play needing to be something creative has put up a barrier between you and playful living, keep this in mind! Play doesn’t have to be creative - it can even be boring. Some people find joy, benefits, and intrinsic motivation in cooking and others find it very boring and tedious even to the point of paying a delivery fee on top of the cost to avoid it. Play can be whatever it is for YOU. What’s something you enjoy that other people think is boring?
