Brain Breaks for Adults

Yesterday, Meep had its first meeting with the first cohort of the Launch Academy (I’m honored to serve the cohort members as their Play & Flow Pro throughout the program!)

Meep’s founder, Allie, is a dedicated entrepreneur that does a great job of giving herself breaks by taking regular camping trips and getting outside as much as possible. But leading up to the launch of the Launch Academy, she had a period of time where she was working REALLY hard. After our first meeting, she messaged me asking for websites with good brain breaks. Generally, when I get these types of questions, I send them the concepts in this blog - and usually start by suggesting something based in physical movement… but knowing that Allie is generally really good about moving her body and getting outside regularly I knew she must be giving herself permission to listen to her brain and body that it needed a different kind of rest in this situation.

As I started compiling ideas for her, I thought you all might like to learn about a few too! So I’ve just made a dedicated page for it!

You can find it here - bookmark it, I plan to update it often as I come across good ideas!
